The Clam Tavern is back! After a number of mediocre years, the place I remember as a kid has returned with an updated decor and well done lighting. This is place has a "fish house" ambiance w/ a full small bar on the first floor.
The Clam Tavern has a wide range of simply prepared seafood choices, fried, or broiled or served with pasta. Prices were very reasonable and service was excellent. Most menu items were less than $18.
I enjoyed a broiled combination of flounder and shrimp, all entrees come with a salad, choice of potato and vegetable.
Be prepared to search alittle for parking.
