Over multiple service visits to Patrick BMW's service department, I was disappointed with the treatment and service I received by the service people. I have been "mis-invoiced" and told "Well, the total was what I quoted, right? What do you want me to do, put the old parts back in?" I have dealt with various service people and have always felt that they patronize me and don't appreciate anyone asking questions. It is always next to impossible to get a loaner car, and they act like you are asking the world when you request one. I do not go here anymore, and I have started taking my car to a different BMW dealership for service where I have been treated very well. more
