If you're on Orcas Island, it is well worth a visit to the Howe Art Gallery, the main home of artist Anthony A. Howe. He specializes in outdoor kinetic sculpture and wall art, and has quite a following. His pieces are quite spectacular, and are very representative of the Puget Sound and the northwest in general.
