After almost a month of trying to get computer problems fixed, we were unsuccessful, and certainly will not purchase any items from Best Buy again. Our computer was less than 8 months old, and was purchased at Best Buy. It is rarely used, and mostly just to check email. The battery was dying quickly, and Best Buy claims to have sent it to the manufacturer twice, but with no results. The third visit, the manager was rude, said too bad and simply walked off. A poor way to do business. Try Circuit City. more
