This agent's signs are all over Desoto county so when I was looking around I gave her a call. She was immediately rude. She listed all of the"requirements" I had to meet before she would even talk to me about showing me property. I did meet them all except I would not have my pre-approval finalized until the next day. I explained to her that I had already been told I was getting approved but it would not be finalized until the next day. She would not even schedule an appointment for me until then. I told her goodbye. Believe me she needs me more than I need her. When I did find my new home my new neighbors told me a story about a rude Realtor they ran across and guess who it turned out to be......any guess's? Look's like I'm not the only one she's rude too. She missed out on a really big sale with me and with my neighbors. Wonder how many more there are just like us.
