I haven't seen the results of my son's braces yet. They are due to come off soon. In the meantime, I wanted to mention that it's kind of different and refreshing to enjoy going to a Doctor's office. I'm just the Mom, not the one in braces, but my kids enjoy it there too. Not because it's fun, exactly. They have just never had fear, complaint or discomfort about going here. We get a warm, friendly, welcoming feeling which begins with Cheryl's smile and interest in our family. This feeling continues throughout the exam as Dr. Cassinelli stops what he's doing to chat with parents without ever acting like he's too busy or overbooked to do that. Same thing with Dr. Shanker, who called my husband to explain things personally to him because my husband couldn't come into the office for some reason. I don't know the names of all the technicians, but all are equally friendly and nice to my kids. Professional too, the way they all dress the same, and always doing something, never standing around wasting time. Anyway, I'm sure the treatment is excellent, though I haven't had the chance to see the actual results yet. But obviously, I'm very happy with the entire process along the way.......
