Recently, I purchased memory to upgrade the speed of my system and settled on some memory from the folks at MSC Computers in Carrollton. Unfortunately, the stick of memory that they sold me didn't work in my system, so I took it back. Normally when I return items, I sometimes have to fight with the customer service desk. Not so at MSC. They simply swapped out the bad memory with another stick which worked wonderfully.
