Apple T does a great job making custom t-shirts. They just need a piece of art or text, a simple drawing of a layout, and a few days later you've got a batch of tees. Color shirts of varying quality are available, as are various colors of print. Print can be done on the front or back. They are very accommodating of mistakes on your end, and prices are very competitive.
