One night on my way back to Provo, my alternator went out. I called my insurance and they promised to send someone out. I had gotten tows before, so I knew that it usually took an hour or more for someone to come. Within a few minutes of me calling my insurance, John's Towing called me and said someone would be there in just 15 minutes -- even though it was so late on the weekend.
