Word of mouth is pretty positive about Reflection Cove Apartments. The complex has a great staff and convenient location very close to the Walmart on Manchester in West County. This seems to be one of the best apartment complexes to live at in West County and most tenants are very positive about their experience there. I think the management of a apartment complex has much to do with the satisfaction among tenants. This place seems to have great management.
