Santiago's is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Northern Colorado. It's a small place in Berthoud but it's always packed. I recommend the tacos barbacoa dinner. Be sure if you get anything with green chile that you get it "half and half" (half spicy, half mild) or mild as the hot is HOT!
I only wish that they served beer and margaritas at the restaurant and that they delivered.
