Java by the bay is a nice stop on the main drag of Havre De Grace. After exhausting yourself shopping, stop into this little cafe for an assortment of tea, coffee (or coffee drinks), smoothies, and light refreshment. They also offer ice cream for those who need to beat the heat. The atmosphere is sorta "east indian trader"esque-- there are crates and such as decore. Tea and coffee accessories are available for purchase. Added bonus-- it smells REALLY good! The proprieter is friendly and there are always one or two locals hanging out and enjoying the fresh brew.
