This is just as the name indicates-Elite. I took the time to ask the owner about any history about the place. He explained to me it was relocated to the current place because of the fire accident (it was formerly in downtown). Elvis himself ate here. Oh yeah- they had a recent Harley Davidson Rally. The place has gone a complete change over. Went from the early 1990's common cafe look to a very modern and classy cafe. Perfect for romantic dinners or meetings. I recommend the Dr.Pepper BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Vanilla Cheese Cake. Make sure to take the time to meet with owners, their very informative and energetic. This place brings back a lot of old memories.
