The owner of Arches Auto called me after seeing my review and explained why he and his staff responded the way they did to my car's problem. He seemed genuinely troubled that I was so upset with the result of my experience there and his explanation made sense. He really wanted to make it right. I was pleasantly surprised. He refunded my money and offered to refund me additional money to cover expenses. I declined the additional money but accepted his explanation and refund.
Judy's Book does not allow the removal or editing of posted reviews, but I wanted to update this to reflect this positive experience. He could not have been nicer and I really was impressed with his call, and follow up service. So thanks for Pat Rippee and Arches Auto for setting things right.
