I have to admit that we have not received our service yet, but so far so good. We compared prices with other carpet places, but HR Design turned out to be the cheapest. We got an estimate 3 days after we called and the owner came himself to do the estimate.
Today, we went in to choose the carpet and we have been promised our installation in 5 days with everything being done within 2 days.
