My husband went to VOB BMW to buy a car about 2 years ago and he was very offended by the sales team at this dealership. They basically ignored him, possibly because he didn't look like a million bucks, is young (<30), and a minority? So, he took his business elsewhere.. and ended up buying his car at Towson BMW... and they were very nice.
But since VOB is the closest BMW to us, we take our car their for the service and maintanence. Fortunately, the service teams are generally nice.
So, I recommend taking you BMW to VOB for service (although, be advised that their parking lot is tiny and there is always someone yelling at you to back up or park your car next to the Subway Restaurant). But I do not recommend buying your car and letting those snobby sales people make thousands off of you.
