Kersting is probably the best avian vet in St. Louis and one of the best avian vets in the country (especially given that there are not too many of them). If you have birds, definitely take them here as they specialize in birds (so many vets will treat birds but have little clue as to what they are doing).
This vet hospital is located on Olive, pretty much at the corner of 141 and Olive in the same shopping center as Dierbergs.
They also do boarding of birds here.
He does also see other types of animals, so you can take all your pets to him.
