The idea behind Play It Again Sports is a great one. The shop carries used sports equipment for the public to buy. You can also sell your old sports equipment to the shop (if they will take it) and make a bit of money. If you are lucky, you can find some nice things for a fraction of their new retail price. The inventory is always rotating, so you're not always sure what you'll find.
I do think that some of their prices on the used equipment is higher than it should be, but if you need a piece of equipment and can't afford it new, it is worth taking a look at Play It Again Sports.
