I had to board my dog while I took a short trip out the country. The staff was careful that my Pug was up to date on all his shots and explained his care to me (see the website for details of walks, etc.)
They really put me at ease and when I picked him, he was great and all the staff seemed to know all about him. I felt good leaving my pet with them and I know that's probably what is most worrying when leaving your dog with someone.
One nice thing is that you only pay per night so if you arrive back in an afternoon, you don't have to pay for that day.
