I bought my first BMW a few months ago - I went to 2 other dealerships to look around, but was dissatisfied with the service (or lack thereof). This dealership was very different - the service was better than excellent from the beginning. The sales associate spent hours and hours with me on several occasions in order to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I ended custom ordering my dream car - they told me it would arrive a few days before it actually did, so they gave me a loaner BMW in the meantime. Everytime I stepped foot in that dealership, a number of people greeted me, I was offered a seat, cappucino, and use of a phone. BMW is a luxury car and the service at this dealership is a luxury as well.
