Good: I liked the fact Dennis (the installer) arrived right on time, made an assessment as to what had to be done to replace the 15 year old water heater and update certain parts to come up to the current code. He was very quick and efficient and very pleasant and professional.. Bad: I was a bit shocked by the additional add on prices to the water heater. Since this was the first time replacing our water heater I didn't realize that the added parts to update it to code were going to be $700 more than the quoted price.. Improvements: I believe that when you call to get information on replacement costs that the customer service person should be more truthful as to how much the additional pieces could cost you. This way you can be more prepared instead of having a sticker shock.. Other: All in all we are very pleased with the new water heater and the company. Dennis is definitely a wonderful installer that takes his job seriously and does it effortlessly - his customer service skills are top notch! And thought the $1,700 total of the installation was shocking my husband and I feel it is worth it knowing that everything was done to code - no worries. Yes you could probably get it cheaper but I would rather go to the best than settle..
