Best Mexican Restaurant in Puget Sound 4/12/2010

Good: I am a big foodie. Mexican food is my favorite. I was raised in San Diego, with a lot of trips to Baja, and just general latino foods in general make my day! This little restaurant, is clean, fresh, and DELICIOUS. Nothing on the menu has ever disappointed me. The waiters are precise, attentive, and non invasive when you're eating. They sneak in, take the empty plates, check on your progress, but don't "bug" you. A beautiful experience, in every way. The food is out of this world. A+++. Bad: I think the only thing I would do, (maybe) is have them buy new booths. They are old like a diner, but that adds to the authentic Mexico charm haha. I don't care, its clean the food is the best since Mexico. Keep up the good work, guys, you are the best in town.. Improvements: well.. maybe make the dining room a little more comfy with better (newer booths). The window seats that look to the bay are great.. it's a perfect semi casual dining experience, plus there's a fun bar that adds to the ambiance.. you can hear people singing off key on karioke nights, which make it pretty darned entertaining. I will always come here, and Please never close this restaurant, I love it here! My favorite, is the chile rellenos and also, love the fajitas, you name it.. it's all good.. Other: I like fresh made salsa. The one time I had the mild salsa, it was just sort of like.. mole. I would like to see a fresh pico de gallo served with the warm chips that isn't quite as hot/ spicy, also, a little guacamole with the salsa and pico de gallo. The rest is perfect! :D You have a fan for life in desdemona.. more
