I originally opened this account after moving to the area from out of state. I have to tell you that the employees at this location are the nicest people that I've met. Their customer service is excellent and the just bend over backwards to make sure you get what you need. I have never had any problems with anyone here... though I've heard horrer stories about other banks. As long as you don't mind having to find parking and going into the grocery store, this is a really nice location. The managers that I've talked to have all been really patient with my tons of questions - this is definitely a positive for me.
