Upstate Cleaners is a local dry cleaning service that offers standard cleaning services. Anderson does not have a wide selection of dry cleaners, and I would say that Upstate Cleaners is probably NOT the best dry cleaner I have used. The employees were not friendly or helpful. A dress that I took in for dry cleaning was returned stained. Their prices are low, but you get what you pay for in this instance.
