I've been going to Kim's for awhile now, and it's because of how well I am treated when I go there. I am treated like gold from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out and all the way in between. She does an excellent job and I also get a very relaxing scalp massage when my hair is washed.
They also do foot massages in a massaging chair which has a pool of water at the bottom for them to do their work at. You feel like you have new feet when they're done with it.
I will continue going as long as my hair continues to grow ;-)
