I had been putting off getting four locks rekeyed for months (years, actually). I finally picked up the phone and was immediately greeted. I explained the job parameters and we scheduled an appointment a few days out.
Once the technician showed up, he expeditiously rekeyed the lock cores, handing me the previously cut new keys. He was professional, upbeat, and explained to me what he was doing, and we chatted little about Swift Lockout & Key Services.
I have managed property for 20 years now & sell residential real estate in the City, so I understand the power of image when interacting with the public. Many vendors show up late, drunk or on drugs (no kidding), or smelling like an ashtray, not someone you want to call upon when in a pickle. My experience with Swift Lockout & Key Services was just the opposite, they will be receiving my business from here on out!
Oh, and they're reasonably priced too!
