Horizons was a great school because it was a magnet school, bringing bright kids from all over the area. When I attended, HOH's location was not that desirable because Front St. hadn't been revamped and there were many old buldings around. Now the area has been revitalized and is a great place for kids. Plus the Public LIbrary is only two blocks away which was great for kids go to after school.
