I've actually never been there just for dinner. Its reputation as being old and stuffy with surf and turf just didn't sound interesting.
But we went there for a wedding reception and folks are right it is stuffy, but the view is spectacular. The food was surprisingly good for traditional fare.
I would say it is right to say it is for the older crowd.
