We have taken our kids to this practice twice. The kids loved going to the dentist. Dr. Haffner and her staff are really nice and friendly and made the kids feel so comfortable. The office and waiting room are adorable. There are murals and everything is really kid-friendly. The only downfall I see now is that their charges are above and beyond what the insurance will allow. We have pretty good insurance too. So we are having to pay over $100 out of pocket for our last visit when we had already met our deductable for the year and should have only paid 10% of the bill- about $30. It is really unfortunate as I'd love to go back but there is really no point in having dental insurance if they won't agree on some reasonable rates.
