The PACSCI center has became our favorite downtown museum destination. The center has permanent exhibits as well as rotating exhibits. Be sure to check out their website for their current schedule.
The center is less crowded during the morning, but it seems to move smoothly even in a crowd. The center has a toddler area for the little guys with a huge water table, blocks, and climbing toys.
It is also home to the IMAX theater. If you are going to see one of the special engagements, be sure to get the tickets on line early as they sell out fast.
If you are a local, be sure to buy the year long pass- it is definitely worth the money.
