Good: I was calling around for a new windshield, first couple of places i talked with came off kinda shady, then called Acumen and they were much nicer and informal. They set up my insurance claim with me on the same call. The next day Get a heads up call from the workers, then they show up, put the windshield in at my work. about an hour or so later i had my keys and they were gone. they seemed to make the hole process very easy for me to deal with, because i was stressed on dealing with it.. Bad: Breaking my windshield. Improvements: Windshields that don't break!!!!. Other: people on the phone were nice and the staff who showed up were clean and friendly.
