We had two accidents with our car, and both times we dealt with Autograph. They're terrific to work with. Estimates are done on site with little or no wait and we found rates to be very competitive. Our insurance claim was handled without trouble and a rental car was made available to us within 30 minutes of leaving the car. There were some delays with our second repair due to extensive damage, and Autograph was prompt to call to keep us updated on the progress of our job. With any luck we won't *need* them again, but if it happens, that's the first place we'll go.
