We had to take my husbands car here after an accident. When we went to pick it up though they had just closed. So we figured we would have to wait another day. As my husband was walking away from the door a truck came around from the back parking lot. A man got out and asked if he could help us. My husband explained the situation and the man then got on his cell phone. He told us that he would have someone there to help us within the next five minutes. Sure enough a woman pulls up just a few minutes later, apologizing. I guess she was on her way home and the guy had called her and asked her to come back just so we could get our car. She was very nice about it even though I felt bad that she had to come back. But that is definitely great customer service!
