These are newer apartments in the Rocklin area. They are spacious and very well maintained. They are in a great and more quiet area of town, but they are also less than five minutes away from the Galleria mall and all kinds of shopping and amenities. I'm not sure if there are usually apartments available or if they have a waiting list, but I'd assume that the wait wouldn't be too long because the number of apartments there is abundant. Rent is comparable to other complexes in the area.
