This is not my favorite of Stillwater's monogramming stores. The turn around time seems slower than other establishments of the same. I came in a couple of weeks ago to pick up proofs. All I received was a black and white scan with arrows drawn to indicate where there was supposed to be color. With technology as it is, they could do much better.
