If you are looking to get hardwood flooring for a new house, I suggest you get it elsewhere. One of the things that I noticed was that they dont even care about your house. The salesman who came in to measure our floors walked right through with his dirty boots, instead of realizing that all 4 of us had our shoes off (as in asian custom) by the door. I was about to say something, but instead I just decided to pick a different contractor.
