I came here to get my hair chemically straightened/relaxed to ease the trouble of my frizzy hair. I sat for about six hours of my life patiently waiting for the lady to straighten my hair, put chemicals in and use an iron on it. My hair turned out silky and soft but the hacking she did on my hair was not acceptable. It was average service, to say the least, and costed me $170.
