The Lucky Dog books all sorts of bands. They used to be mostly rock, but have been getting plenty of alternative and jazz in lately, which is nice. The atmosphere of course varies with the band, but it's a really nice little venue. They have a good variety of drinks, too, and prices for everything are very reasonable. Skip the big bands and support some local musicians!
