Unlicensed contractor. Didn't complete work, walked off the job, then put a lien on our house and took us to Small Claims to try and collect money for work not done. Judge didn't give it to them, but we had to file a bond claim with their bonding company, who subsequently cancelled their bond. As of 2/08, their license is suspended.
