Roy's Heating has always been prompt in making the promised call and honest in their evaluation of the problem. I've never felt pressured to add additional services, or to buy a new unit. The price of the service call was comparable with others in the area, not a "come on" price - and the appointments were kept at the time scheduled. I've recommended them to others and never received bad feedback. They are not a huge outfit with a multitude of trucks on the road, rather a small business who relies mainly on word of mouth - and I think that's why they are so successful.
