I had a windwhield crack about 15 inches long and they were able to repair it without me having to replace my windshield. Because I have comprehensive coverage on my car insurance, I did not have to pay anything! Two additional bonuses are that they come to you (I guess this makes sense as your car may not be safe to drive) and also they guarantee their work for life! The only curious thing I had was the repairman did not fill my crack completely and he had some explanation about the virtues of not filling it completely which I did not quite understand and did not quite believe (but I'm no expert on windshield cracks). Overall, I would receommend them to anyone needing a windshield repair.
