The doctors are good enough (nothing that would make me glow and want to sing names from mountain tops).
But, in my quest to find a new doctor in the area, I have about had it with the receptionist(s) here - for many reasons. After all, the receptionist(s) (and the continued mistakes) are the reason we left Ped. NW.
I will say, in this economy, when there are a LOT of people looking for work. You'd think you could get a receptionist that knows what they're doing, listens to the patient, and is clear in their understanding of how to book apts.
I'm going to give it one more try (3rd time's a charm, right?) ... update to come.
