Good: I learned a valuable lesson, SOMETIMES you DO get what you paid for. Also, the lesson of being "penny wise and pound foolish".. Bad: Their price WAS too good to be true (about $50. to come out).. Improvements: Some Honesty and Reliability would be nice.. Other: Other companies prices are higher; so Bestline SEEMED to be the best choice. It wasn't. It seemed that all that was needed was to light the pilot-light, which was difficult to find. They wouldn't light it without an inspection (even though there had never been any problems with it). They said it needed lots of repair and high Carbon-Monoxide levels. They couldn't explain why the C. Monoxide alarm never went off. A second opinion from another company (for $100.) said it was fine (including Carb.Mono.levels).
