When our air conditioner started making funny sounds and wasn't putting out cold air anymore, we called McWilliams & Son Heating & Air Conditioning. They were able to come look at our unit that same day.
The guy that came was punctual, polite, and quickly identified the problem. He provided a very reasonable estimate and was able to complete the job the same day. He had our house cool within an hour of his arrival.
Our yard was soggy from rain and he was very careful not to track mud into my house. We even received a phone call from the office, making sure our unit was working properly, and to see if we had any other problems.
We will definitely use McWilliams & Son again.
