Onondaga lake park is a great place to bring the family. There is tons of room, if you want to throw a ball around, throw a frisbee etc. There is also a new skate park for the kids that skate board. It is right on Onondaga Lake, I woudlnt swim in it if i were you, but its not a bad place to have a bbq, or picnic, and there is alot of room for your pets to run around.
