Good: I like the individual service he gives to each one of his customers. He is not pushy with his products and is the first pet store that I never have them trying to sell me anything other than what I need. If you don't need something he will tell you and talk you out of it giving you reason why.. Bad: He does not have any lettering on his big storefront window so you can pass by it if you don't look up at the big sign up top. He needs to be more noticed.. Improvements: Maybe some signs out back on the fence behind his building next to the thrift store's signs so driving by you know there is a pet shop behind the big obnoxious plaza they built in front of his shopping center.. Other: Soooooo many people don't know what they are missing out on when they go to those corporate pet stores. They are over priced, they lie to you, they are pushy and half of them don't know crap about what they are selling you!!.
