I needed a hard to find part for my vacuum. I called the Vacuum Zone in desperation. While they did not have my part in stock, they were able to order it quickly and it was in my hands within just a few days. The customer service was excellent. The salesman knew exactly what I needed and was able to get it to me before my house disappeared under the dog hair. I'll definitely be using them again.
