Pilo Arts is a hair salon on the Boulevard that offers an alternative to the cheap, $10 haircuts you get at the mall that look like cheap, $10 haircuts. The stylists at Pilo Arts do everything ~ haircuts, dyes, perms, you name it. They also do manicures and pedicures, though I've never tried those.
The haircuts that I've gotten at Pilo Arts were perfect. For once I found a stylist who could cut my hair from a picture in a magazine, and improve it to fit my lifestyle or features. If you're looking for a beauty salon or are tired of the cheap places, give Pilo Arts a try.
