From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect but also given space. I had a lot of products I needed and whenever I looked like I wss confused someone was at my side but not in an annoyng "sales" way. I was giveen Tea, I WAS given the mandatory back rub and Zach was GREAT - hhe knew exactly what my hair needed and What I wanted. I was so appreciative to have found this over the Center Spa in Arvada (although they have same owners, totally different atmostphere) Highy recommend.
