We were quite impressed with the service we received from Ed Bayne in regards to fixing our furnace. He was quick to respond to our call and, although his first attempt at fixing the furnace was not entirely successful, he came out a 2nd time (in a timely manner) and did not charge for the additional time. Plus he did some minor adjustments to the furnace that were not needed and did not charge us for that either. He was very polite and professional. more
